Layout Templates

I used layout template on my page and then tried to Insert a Layout Cell in
the main body area.........however it won't let me do it.
Can someone explain the behavior of the Layout Template's as far as modifying
existing cells & inserting new cells.

Wesch,
have you checked out the FP tutorials on Layout Tables and Cells. They
offer a lot of helpful information and will likely answer your questions.
Number 10 and number 11 are the ones on Layout tables and cells.
