layout tables

hello,

i was advised, in an earlier post, to make use of layout tables in FP. I
have FP 2002. Are layout tables a feature of FP 2002?

Layout tables came with FrontPage 2003. Personally, I would use tables
for layout, but will avoid Layout Tables.
