Mine too. Unfortunately it also tells me the newly downloaded one is
compromised as well.

I'm having the same problem.

I'll see how I can un-install this thing.

I uninstalled all the plug-ins then deleted a .dll file in:
C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Personal folder then deleted
thereference file then started Ad-aware and it complained that it did not
have a reference file so I updated it.

I stopped then started Ad-aware several times and there was no message about
the reference file being corrupted. :)

Uninstalling then reinstalling Ad-Aware seems to do the trick.

Prolly means you also have somekind of virus hiding in the wings...
