When Lanuch the Tour link is displayed in my browser
window, the link address (or command) shows
Javascript:Shorttour(640,480,0,0); However when I click
on it nothing happens. I have another desktop that will
link properly. So how do I fix the problem anyone?

On the bottom right hand side of the IE status bar you will see an icon
(usually a globe) with "Internet Zone" or "Intranet Zone" next to it. Double
click on this icon to display the current Zone security settings... Press
the Customize button and make sure that Scripting\Active Scripting is
enabled.

Followed instructions. Scripting/Active Scripting is
enabled. Still same problem - will not execute
javascript code. Any other ideas?

Apparently, Microsoft has found a bug in their last
cumulative IE 6 Security patch that causes links that are
launched via javascript to fail. See Microsoft Knowledge
Base article 827667 concerning patch ms03-032. There is a
fix being tested and is available on an emergency basis if
you contact Microsoft. The article indicates that you
should get an error message but, like you, my browser just
plays dumb and does nothing.
