Launching forms from the Inbox only

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to have the forms
in draft mode to launch only from the inbox. For example,
the user needs to submit the form, however it should only
be in the inbox only.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do. Can you walk us through it with a little more detail?

What I'm trying to do is to have the form launch only from
