Launching Email from File Explorer

When I right mouse click a file in file explorer, the short menu
indicates you can send email. However, this isn't working with my
groupwise. I've seen other pc's where it works. Where do I start
looking for a solution?

Hi, Mark!
Go to Internet Options, "Programs" tab and set OE (or any other client
as your email client.
