Launching Cmd Prompt in W2K3 causes Crash

Launching the command prompt in Windows Server 2003
appears to cause AntiSpyware to crash and restart. There
is a significant delay in starting the cmd window and
several icons appear and disappear in the systray.
 
Is it just Microsoft antispyware or is the Explorer shell restarting?
