Launching Business Contact Manager

So I installed Business Contact Manager from the CD, but can't seem to find
how to launch it from Outlook... The Folder shows up in the "Folders Window,
but I don't see the extra fields and menus when I open a contact record.
Also, if I go to the folder under Start/Programs, all that's there is the
link to help and the tours.

What am I missing?
 
When you run Outlook after installing BCM it should bring up a "First
Use Wizard" to step you through creating the BCM database and point you
to some help topics. If the wizard didn't run, BCM must not be
installed properly.
 
Okay. It didn't run when I installed it. What is the process for uninstalling
and reinstalling just this part of outlook? I don't want to uninstall the
rest of Outlook...
 
BCM is a separate entry from Outlook(Office) in Add/Remove Programs
applet in Control Panel, and can be (un)installed independently.
