Launch an IQY excel doc from MS Access

I want to launch an excel IQY using MS Access. I'm thinking I want to use a
module and I want to use a ???? method.

Ok so I'm totally lost and need lots of help.

I haven't had to build anything in a very long time and this is harder then
getting back on the proberbial bicycle.
