5.1 refers to NT 5 aka XP SP2, 2.1.4026.0 to latest WMM that comes with SP2.

ok, since I am on XP 5.1 is the latest. Any idea when we are going to be
able to import QuickTIme, .FLV, or use .PNG or .GIF files with alpha
channels? That would give the guy a few email strings below the option to
make a news cast with overlays.
