Latest update broke my IE scrollbars

Since installing the latest updates from Windows Update
today, the IE scrollbars in my computers are broken. In
fact, all 3 of my computers (Me, W2K and XP) all do the
same thing. When you click below the tab on the scroll
bar (i.e. to scroll down one page) it goes 2 pages instead
of one. And many times, the bottom potion of the area
where the scroll bar travels, remains black as if the
mouse up event was never received.

Weird. MS - will this be fixed soon? This is not a
problem with my mice or my computers.

I'm having the same issue. Your post is the first mention
I've found through the web site (nothing in knowledge
base, etc.) This is extremely annoying. The scrolling
works if you click DIRECTLY next to the tab, but if you
click further away from the tab, it double scrolls. Fix,
anyone?

This also seems to happen in open e-mail messages in
Outlook Express, although not on the list of messages.

Same problem here. I hope it gets fixed soon, I'm used to using those! Time to put the mouse wheel
into action.

You can also drag the marker in the scroll bar.

The same thing is happening to me, though not with all web pages. This bug
MUST be fixed!
