I logged on as administrator and carried out the latest
security update. After rebooting and logging on as the
user all profile settings ie: my docs, outlook, desktop
and favourites all missing. I used a file recovery
program and can find no trace of the .pst file. This has
happened on two work stations with the same result!
Sophos virus check confirms no viruses found. Any help
apprecciated. Help please
