Anyone else getting this? I have XP2 and just did a Windows Update to all
the latest patches (although still running IE6 latest patches).
http://www.msn.com causes IE6 to crash if its the homepage.

Look in Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs to see if
Security Update for Windows XP (KB942615) was installed. [Make sure the
box at the top right is checked that says' Show updates ']

If it is installed the system should have also been offered KB946627
IF that is not installed then download it manually and save it:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=CC096493-367D-4D28-80AB-2A70139AE839

Close IE and any other open programs and then install
WindowsXP-KB946627-x86-ENU.exe
Reboot even if no request to is presented.
