latest hotfix

I just downloaded the latest "critical update" security
express pack 4 for end users. I have Windows Professional
2000.

Now I cannot double click a link in an email. When I do
nothing happens. I am using Outlook Express 6. HELP!!!
 
In Outlook Express go to tools/options/security. You are given a
choice of what what security zone to use - internet or restricted. Try
changing it to internet if that is not what it is to see if that helps
[realizing that is a less secure option]. --- Steve
