Latest help files on the FP2007 Retail release

I noticed the following in the Installation section of the FP2007 OEM Retail
version release notes:

"The FP 2007 installation medium does not contain the latest product
help. Please download the latest help and product documentation from the
Windows XPe SP2 Feature Pack 2007 site."

I scanned the referenced site for an updated help file, and found none. I
remember that an updated help was on this webpage for the CTP. Are the
helpfiles in the OEM retail FP2007 distribution up to date, or is this a
(minor) error in the release notes?

I have been told via back channels to look here for the most recent help

No word yet on the location of an up to date help file for the tools....
