latest build

i installed rc1 build 5600 this morning but am hearing of build5728 or the
likes. where does one download this or will microsoft post it to me?
 
There was a link to Vista build 5728, but it isn't available any longer
to download and install. And there are later builds, but they aren't
released to the General Beta Public.
