Late binding / COM + component.

I am trying to do a late binding with a registered COM+
component and I am getting the following error when
creating the instance. Below is the error I asm
getting...Any idea?



An unhandled exception of
type 'System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException' occurred
in mscorlib.dll

Additional information: Cannot load type
MyData.ClassData, MyData, Version=1.0.1404.37521,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f66f6b623528eb3c.

Do a search in the document for "Cannot load type"

I don't know, I'm not a remoting guy, but this sounds like something that
might spin you in the right direction.
