Last Frame on Created Movie

When creating a movie clip sometimes the last frame saved is blank(dark). Is
there a way to have movie stop and be saved without this happening.

I guess that when the capture process gets to the end of the recorded footage
there is a brief moment between it seeing the end (i.e. the blank frames) and
actually stopping itself capturing, so it does take in a bit of blank. I
would think this is inevitable. Just ignore it - don't take it down to the
timeline when building your movie. Or if it is on the end of an otherwise
good clip, just trim it off.
