Thank you guys, I've got that just now but the matter is not clear at all,
though.
Where can I read the latest defs release date and number?

Microsoft doesn't post these. The ones Nicob posted are current--be wary of
international date differences--I hope they will use a longer date format
which isn't ambiguous before release.
