It seems you have to type this command at the computer where the user has
login previously.

Is there a way to find out when the user last logon remotely?

It should work from any domain controller.
 
Diane,

How many domain controllers do you have? Are you using Windows NT, Windows
2000 AD, or Windows 2003 AD? It will make a difference....
