Moderator Joined Mar 5, 2002 Messages 25,753 Reaction score 1,211 Jul 31, 2009 #2 Sounds like the Fuser Unit or fixing film is at fault, I dunno how much a replacement is but some are more expensive than buying a new printer. I take it you replaced the toner with new. A good 'servicing' shop will tell you more.
