I have recently installed a new 1320 printer and only administrator or users
with administrator priviledge can print.
Can any please suggest a remedy?

Open the printer properties and go to the Security tab
Set the Everyone group to Allow for Print and the CREATOR OWNER group to
Allow for Manage Documents
