can anyone suggest a source for recycled hp laserjet toner cartridges
that are reliable and price competitive? I have heard that recycled
cartridges leak and are un reliable.

I've been using Rhinotek for a number of years and they have been
excellent. http://www.rhinotek.com/
 
Ebay usually has lots of real HP cartridges,(not refills), for sale at
very attractive prices.

Or more acurately, ebay usually has lots of fake ones with good quality HP
sticker copies! Or fake ones advertised using a photo of a real HP one!
