Is there any way to zoom into the report design view to make it easier to
read as you are creating the report? I've tried adding the zoom button to
the tool bar, but it doesn't work.

Thanks!

I'm not aware of a feature comparable to the Word zoom functionality.

On the other hand, if you are having trouble reading the info in your
report, wouldn't your users have trouble reading the report also? Can you
use a larger font?

On yet another hand, if you need magnification, I seem to recall that
Windows has an Accessibility feature (no relationship to Access) that can
magnify the screen image.

Hi Jeff,

I'm using a 7 pt. font to get all the text in...printed out it's readable.
I did find that turning off the grid in the background makes it easier to
read. Being able to change to a 125% view like you can in Word, Excel and
PowerPoint would be a nice feature in Access. Thanks for your response.
