Large type

When browsing with IE 6.0.2800.1106, certain web pages,
Yahoo, Google, Ebay, all display huge font types. I am
unable to bring the display back to normal? Other web
sites, display fine. What do I do?
 
Just a suggestion or idea, don't know if it will work for you.


This happens sometimes when you have accessibility options activated, for
example Magnifier.
Open Internet Explorer and go to the Tools menu, then choose Internet Options.
Click the Accessibility button.

There are two entries:
"Ignore font style on web pages" and
"Ignore font size on web pages".
Try changing these settings (put a check there if there isn't one now, or remove
the check if there is one).
Try the site again.
 
Thanks, first thing I tried - this only happens with some
sites, not others. My updates are, well, up to date. Any
other ideas?

Sounds like "Use my Style Sheet" ......
Tools/Internet Options | General [tab] | Accessibility [button]
Any options selected there? Note: by default all 4 should be unchecked.

May also have been caused by a parasite using .css files.
