LARGE ICONS WILL NOT RESTORE TO REGULAR SIZE EVEN WHEN I
RESTART OR RE-BOOT COMPUTER I GO TO CONTROL,DISPLAY
SETTING, BUT ICONS ARE SO LARGE I CANT GET TO BOTTOM OF
SCREEN TO CLICKOTHER OPTIONS.

You can move that dialog box by doing the following. While that dialog box
is on the screen, press Shift + Spacebar. Press the ENTER Key. Now use the
Arrow Keys to move the dialog box. When the menu is where you can access the
buttons, press the left mouse button to release the dialog box.
