Large file transfers

Hi, everyone.
I just installed a new 500 GB Seagate hard drive on my system running
Windows XP Professional SP2. The problem is that anytime I try to copy a
file larger than 3.5 GB the system crashes (BSOD) and it reboots. Smaller
file transfers seem to work quite well.
I have a system with 8 hard drives
1 pair RAID 0 for system
1 pair RAID 0 for workdisk
120 GB SATA
500 GB SATA
200 GB IDE
200 GB IDE
I do video work so require large storage space. Most are actually just for
archiving. Before I installed the 500 GB disk, everything was working fine.
Thanks in advance

This problem only occurs on the 500gb hd?
Its not formatted as Fat is it?
Your 120gb & 500gb are on the same sata controler?

No, the 500 GB is NTFS. Yes, the 120 GB and 500 GB are on the same SATA
(NVIDIA) controller. Now that you asked, I have actually also tried
transferring huge files from the "smaller" HDs to each other and it also
happened! That was not happening before

Your power supply is sufficient for the power requirements, or is not
failing?
I had a similar problem, a hd kept becomming corrupted, a larger capacity
power supply cured the problem
