How do I remove large amounts of appointments that go back at least 3 years. It is making my mailbox fill up way to quickly.
G Guest Mar 16, 2005 #2 Easiest ways are to either archive it off, or i prefer to change the view to list active appointments, then you see all of your appointments in a list format. you can then select a range and delete them all. Stewart.
