Large Access File

I have an file which was created in access and has now
reached 1.05GB. I am now unable to open the file due to
the size. Can anyone suggest a way I maight be able to
access the data contained in this file eg. open it in
another application?

Try creating a new, empty database and use File... Get External
Data... Import to import the objects from this database.

Note that there is a feature, Tools... Database Utilities... Compact
and Repair Database which can be used to recover waste space, and
should be used routinely to prevent this from happening.
