I have used both ... and because Kingston is usually cheaper, I use it more often.

Actually using Kingston Value Ram in my Vista box. ;)

I usually ask ... "who is the actually manufacturer of the Chips used" ... you can't really go too far wrong with either manufacturer.

Excellent Mucks. I know of Kingston but i've not really used it as much as Crucial. They were always a good quality manufacturer as far as i was concerned. But i like Crucial because their RAM is good, but also so is their customer service. They are probably very similar though i would guess. Might just go for the cheaper Kingston stuff. :-)
 
I've always used Crucial, but ot be honest there isn't a huge amount of difference between what you get so long as it is good branded stuff.
