Toshiba laptop shuts off without warning or message.
Power lights continue to stay lit and computer reboots no
problem without any error messages...
Not caused by any "sleep"settings.
Appears to be a software problem????
Help!

Check for viruses, and check your motherboard settings,
you might have a high temperature shutdown from your
processor.

This was happening to me. I also have a toshiba laptop.
When I took it in to have them look at it, they said
there was alot of dust in the vent. I didn't know you
shouldn't set them on the couch or in your lap too much.
It blocks the vent. They took a can of air and strayed
it through the vent on the side and the problem was
fixed. They suggested that I do that once a month.
