3 problems:

(1) When I turned on my laptop I got a error with my windows explorer, when I clicked Debug it would close windows explorer and reopen again and it would show me the error again. I tried opening other programs and I got errors too. (2) I tried formating my laptop but I could not delete the partion to clear all the disk and start from scratch, it sais that it could not be removed because it had some windows files that could not be removed. Could i remove them? How?? (3) I reinstalled Win XP and when I tried to install my PCMCIA wireless network card it would not recognize the slot. It usually shows the New Hardware Found wizard but this time it did not; I think that it is that the slot is disable but how can enable it??

Please help!!!!!!!1

Start > settings >control panel > add hardware > wizard > ok will search for installed hardware, if it don’t find it, it will then ask if you have connected the hardware YES click ok and a list of components will appear, highlight the item and it will ask for the disc, or it will have it already in the computer.

It should then install.

If that didnt work did you get a driver cd with the laptop? if so right click on my computer, goto the hardware tab click on device manager, then find the devices with yellow exclamation icons and double click on them click on driver and then go through the wizard selecting to search the CD.

If you didn't get a CD you will need to download the drivers off of the internet to install them

Thank you guys, I'll try that.

What about my other problem with the formatting?
It says that the particion cannot be deleted because it has some files that windows requiresm, etc etc. How can I do to set the HD to full free space and install win xp again?

You should be able to do that with XP disc, DO NOT delete files unless you know what they are for?

To install Windows cleanly you need to boot from the CD and install that way. But unless you have backed up any of your documents etc I would not recommend this. Especially if your not that farmilliar with things like this.
