Laptop keeps restarting.HELP!!!

My laptop keeps restarting itself, it boots but all it does it switch itself
off again and restart itself. any ideas as to what might be causing the
problem and how i can fix it? PLEEEEASSSE
 
My dell does this when it's charging and the AC cable is not connected to the
computer, or both cables are not connected to each other, etc. Are you
charging it?
