Laptop Hibernation

I just recently purchased a new laptop and I am just getting to grips with
it. Every time I close my laptop it goes into hibernation.
How do I stop my laptop going into hibernation when I close my laptop?

Any help given would be very much appriciated.

I already answered your first post. Please do not make a new post about the
same subject only a little while apart. People who help in these newsgroups
live all over the world and are volunteers. If you have questions about my
answer or need more help, go back to your first thread. I won't be
