LANTASTIC Ethernet card

I'm trying to replace Lantastic Ethernet Card by another one. Does anybody knows
which kind of card is able to replace this one ?
This is a network card in which it was possible to adjust all parameters ...
Or maybe someone knows where it is possible to find out this card ?

Lantastic had a few different cards. Which model is it? Also, are you using
it with Lantastic still? Some earlier versions of Lantastic would only work
with Lantastic/Artisoft cards, which are hard to find now. Lantastic hasn't
made network hardware for Years. If it is a current version of Lantastic,
most network cards will work. If it is not a Lantastic network, pick an
ethernet card.
