You should buy the Laptop with the correct language version for your
requirements.
If you buy a native German version you will need to buy a full English
retail copy and completely reinstall your laptop.
Also note your laptop will come with a German keyboard. This may also cause
you problems later if you switch to a full English copy of Windows XP.
