language translation

How can I add a language translation to a website?
The web site is mainly for Mexicans but is in English. Would like to place a
button on the site so poeple can choose spanish if they desire.
 
If your server allows the creation of a subweb/subsite, you can just copy
all your pages to the subsite/web, translate them into your other language
then provide a link from the main web (you've seen people use little country
flags for this, I'm sure).

You'll have to create a whole new set of navigation for the subsite...as
subs are treated as separate webs from the root web.
