Language toolbar

I've being trying to find the Language toolbar and failed!!!
I've right clicked on the main toolbar and checked (and unchecked) the
language bar with no visable difference,
can anyone help?

Start>Control Panel>Region & Language Options icon & you are in
business, ZGordon.:-)
