language problems

Mr. Blazzard

I bought a copy of Windows XP in France and everything is
in French. Is there a download that I can get or an
option I can select to make everything in English? If
not, I do have some programming experience. Is there any
way I can change it manually?

I'm afraid that you will have to purchase an English XP version. There is no way to convert the French version into English.
