Language problem

I have a Japanese computer but I want the english version
of movie maker. I've downloaded it before and it has
changed the language to english but now it wont do the
lang. change. What should I do and is there any other way?

I really need the solution fast cause I've got a project
comming up and I really need to use this program.
 
I have a little info in the 'Multi-language Issues' section on the Setup >
Software page of my site
 
this is what I keep getting when I try to see my reply to
