Language problem with IE6

i use english and it constant reverts to chinese. esp for blogger and google.
thank god i can read a little chinese but that doesnt help very much, so i
hope some1 can help!make english my default IE language!

Assuming Windows XP > go to > Control Panel > Internet Options >
"General" - "Tab" > "Languages" - "Button > remove any foreign languages
that may not wish to use.
