Language of "Launch Site" function

Hello~

A long time ago I asked about this question. Somehow, the
Launch Site function of my MSN Messenger 6 came out in
chinese. Jonathan has told me to change the language
manually by editing the ConfigCache file. However, it
keeps changing back to chinese by itself!!! Is there a
way around this so I can set it to English permanently???

In order for the settings to stay, you'll need to change your Passport regional settings to
an English speaking country (United
States/Canada/UK). You can change your Passport settings here:
