Language inserted on Task bar

I need to know how to change languages from English to Spanish using the
taskbar in Word 2007
 
Click the language indicator on the Word status bar and select the required
language. If the language indicator isn't displayed, right click the status
bar and add it.

Or click 'set language' on the Review tab.

Or if you have Spanish installed as a language in Windows regional settings
click the language indicator on the Windows language toolbar

Or if you have Spanish installed as a language in Windows regional settings
click LEFT-ALT + Shift (or whatever alternative shortcut you have applied).
