language change

I am english but live in spain just bought a new laptop with vista basic and
its all in spanish. unfortunatly my spanish is not that good is there anyway
of changing it into english thanks in advance

Multilingual User Interface packs are available for Vista Ultimate only, ie.
Vista Basic can not switch language. You have an OEM laptop with Vista Basic
preinstalled, and your only option is to get an English version of it.

Go back to the store where you bought it and ask them to trade your computer
in for an English version one, or buy Vista retail in English.

Unless you have Vista Ultimate or Enterprise, you'd have to
purchase and install an English version of Vista. MUI (Multilingual
User Interface) packs are only available in Windows Vista Ultimate and
Windows Vista Enterprise.
