Language Bar in Windows XP Pro

I have enabled Korean in XP pro but for some reason the
language bar has disappeared and I can't seem to get it
back. In the text services and input languages dialog box
the Language Bar button does not work. Can you help me?

start -> accessories -> accessability -> narrator -> tab
to set up
