I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate x64. After installing the Spanish MUI, the
language bar shows up in the top right hand corner of the screen, even though
I disabled it in the taskbar. How do I get rid of the bar during the prompts
please?

I'm not aware of any way to prevent language bar from appearing on Secure
Desktop (which is the name of the screen you get when UAC kicks in). I guess
you get language bar on SD as long as you've got more than one input
language installed. And there's a good reason for it, same as for language
indicator/switch on Welcome Screen - to inform you about current input
language so you don't try to enter a password repeatedly in wrong language.

The only thing you can do to make language bar less visible on SD screen is
right-click it and select "Transparency".

Of course you can still remove all but one input language if it is the only
one you need. I guess that will remove language bar completely.

Yeah okay. Thanks to you. I removed the other language from keyboard settings
and nothing shows up now in the UAC prompt.

You're welcome.
