language and contact index button

I am trying to enter Contacts in Outlook 2002 in English
and Russian. However, other than the "notes" section of
the contact entry box, I cannot get Outlook to type in
Cyrillic font, nor can I seem to find the "contact index"
button that is supposed to allow me to show my contacts
in different langauges. I confiugured my Office XP to
recognize Russian language and Cyrillic font. Is there
something I am missing?
