LAN workgroup computers disappeared?

I have a 2 computer network that goes through a router and
was working. The computers are a Win2000 and a Win98
machine. Suddenly the Workgroup on the Win2000 machine
sees no computers. Not even itself? The Win98 unit sees
itself only.

The D-Link 704P router is a new addition and when first
installed all checked out. Since then the router firmware
was upgraded.

Also, earlier when I tried to access the workgroup I
received the message "The list of serversfor this
workgroup is not currently avaialble". After visiting the
MS Knowledgebase that seems to have been resolved but the
inability to see the computers on the netork now has my
stumped.

Any thoughts?? Thanks.

You need to make sure that 1 system on the segment is continually the
segment master browser. If this role changes, then the lists have to be
repopulated. Check out the article, and let us know how far ya get. :)
