hello, to put it simple I disable Lan and restart the machine the
machine hangs with boot screen.

I understood the culprit as CSConfig flag registry. The disabling of
LAN changes this to '0'.However when i change this to '1' manually and
restart the machine boots fine.(but the Lan again gets enabled??)
ie : the lan to disable puts reg csconfig as 0 but never boots again
: the lan disable and when manually the csconfig is changed to 1 it
bots but lan enabled again.

can any get me through this !!
thanks
kesavan

Thanks in advance.

I also recall my previous posts referring to the issue
solved.Strangely hardly could it get me to the solution with
registering the dlls (copied from the xp).Its really building more
curiosity as well as an immediate attention at our end.
The registry entry that i reffered is the what i observed coz ,i put
myself through all this,
1)Comparison to the disabling of XP and imitation of the same in XPE.
2)Registration of the dlls that are copied from the XP system32.
3)Tracked the Disabling of XPe and XP and compared.
all three didnt help.

4)Considering to understand after conclusions to confirm on the fact
whether the inctrl included the right changes involved during the
disabling - I did the whole process Inctrl provided ,- manually and
restarted the system not to be surprised that it hangs on the splash
screen.I later did each changes seperately thereby restarting and
thats when the CSConfig changes was noted by me.Well this was only
what i observed ! It would be really appreciable if someone could give
some light on this.

Thankyou,
kesavan
