Make a home network,if if only one pc is accessing at a time,connect the
two thru the lan connection using utp cat5e cable crossover (looks like reg
cable),then have one pc have another internet connection thru pci lan card.
The easiest way is to purchase a router. If this is a home situation or
a small business with under 8 computers, then a normal consumer-level
router will be fine. If this is a business with more computers, then you
need to be looking at a professional quality router appliance, probably
with a firewall component.
